What’s inside a Black Hole? And what would happen if you fall into it.

Black Holes are mysterious objects which lurk in the space          unnoticed, we hardly know anything about them, we know and understand on what we would see on the outside of a Black Hole but we have no way of knowing what happens inside it. Even if we send a probe inside it would disintegrate well before hitting the surface of the Black Hole and neither can it send a signal from it, because Black Holes are created when a star dies and creates a hyper-nova, which causes the matter in it get packed so tightly that  it creates a gravitational pull that not even light can escape.

There are Super Massive Black Holes (SMBH) which are located in the center of the galaxies. But then you would say a galaxy is very bright at the center but a Black Hole doesn’t let light escape, well that’s not the conventional light which comes from our Sun. This light is a result of immense magnetic fields near a spinning Black Hole which propel electrons outwards and ejects them into the space along the Black Holes rotation axis, these electron ejections produce bright radio waves. An there is another source of light, the ejections take place only if the Black Hole feeds on matter and when it does it creates a bright disk called Accretion Disk of extremely hot gases reaching temperatures of millions of degrees which revolve around the Black Hole at immense speeds which eventually fall into the Black Hole.

We so much about the behavior of a Black Hole on the outside but what we don’t know that how does the matter gets collected onto it, since the immense gravity of the Black Hole tears matter apart to its smallest form, we have theories that suggest that matter is pilled up onto a singularity inside the Black Hole but we don’t know how this central singularity works, to work this through we need to understand a fusion of the theory of Gravity and the theory which explain the behavior of matter at the smallest scale called quantum mechanics, this has been termed as Quantum Gravity and still under study. This study would reveal the secrets of gravity and may help us travel huge amounts of distances using Worm Holes, these are similar to Black Holes but have no event horizon and can even unlock the secrets of time travel. It may take humans to test physically what happens if something or
someone falls into a Black Hole but scientists do have a theory. So let’s take the view of two people one whose falling into the Black Hole and one whose observing the other fall into it from a huge distance. Now the Black Hole we choose makes a huge difference if we choose a small Black Hole then things would much faster and you won’t observe any thing, instead the person would slowly disappear as he approaches the event horizon. But if we take a Super Massive Black Hole things get interesting, lets say he jumps head first towards the Black Hole first the he will observe difference in gravitational force on his head and his feet despite of very less distance between them meanwhile he can see the observer age very fast as time for him gets slower. The distance between his head and feet won’t be very less for long because the gravitational pull would cause his body to be stretched and it continues until the person is nothing but a single stream of atoms this phenomena is called Speghettification, meanwhile the person observing him would be able to see the person being elongated and as he approaches the event horizon he gets slower and slower and his color gets red shifted as the light that bounces back from him is stretched up until he vanishes.
